In the Name of God Amen I John Mosely of Broad Campden in the Countie of Glouce[ster] being weake in Bodie But of Good & p[er]fect Memory Praised be God therefore Doe make & Ordaine this my last Will & Test[a]ment in manner and forme Following First I Bequeath my Soule unto the Lord & my Body unto the Earth f[ro]m whence it came And as to ^my Goods First I bequeath unto my eldest Daught[e]r Mary 10s And unto her Child[r]en 2s 6d Also I Give unto my Second Daught[e]r One Shilling viz. Elizabeth And unto her Children 2s 6d Also I Give unto my Kinswoman Ann Mosely my Broth[e]r Williams Daughter 2s 6d And as to the Rest of my Goods Chattells & Cattell Moveable & unmoveable I leave with & unto my wife and My Daughter Mary?… unto my Wife the Use & Benifit thereof … she Remains A Widdow, Except at the present I Give unto my Daught[e]r Mary? the Red Cowe But in Case she after my decease doe Mary with in short M… that then it is my Minde & Will from thenceforth all both House land & Goods equally divided into Three p[ar]ts One p[ar]t shall Remaine unto my wife & her Assignes And the Other Two Parts to be & Remaine unto my daughter Mary?
